1. Our delivery range
Our scope of delivery is the Mainland of the United States, we cann’t delivery to overseas islands.
We express furniture to most parts of the United States (excluding Alaska and islands) through USPS and FedEx.
Note: not included PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.
(If you mistakenly choose these addresses(PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP) as the delivery address, we will inform you to cancel the order and return the money to you)
2.How long can I receive my order?
After you pay, we need 2-3 working days for delivery preparation.
Usually, we deliver the goods through Ups or FedEx, and the transportation time is about 3-10 working days.
We have set the freight according to different products.(All prices not include shipping costs.)

Small volume charge 25 US dollars shipping to the U.S. distribution area, the small volumesuch as: chair, safe
Medium volume charges $45 for shipping to the U.S. distribution area, the medium volume such as single sofas, long table
Large equal volume charges $65 for shipping to U.S. distribution areas, large equal volume such as sofas sets.

4. How to track my orders?
When we shipped out, I will send you an email with tracking number, so please make sure to provide the correct email.
The courier may call you when it is unable to deliver. Please provide the correct phone number.
5. About product tax
Our products already include all taxes, and buyers don’t need to pay extra taxes.
6. Can I change my delivery address?
Please contact us by email within 12 hours after you place your order. The delivery address cannot be changed after 12 hours.
